I deleted the email with my login details

Once you have your username and password you do not need the original email. 

If you have forgotten either your username or password, you can reset them.

For The Learning Rooms courses you can do this on the Forgotten Password page.

For other courses on the client learning system you will need to select the "Forgotten your username and password?" link on the login page. Please ensure you are on the online learning system and not the clients website.
