Internal digital learning expertise for FBD
The Learning Rooms helped FBD Insurance build their internal digital learning expertise with a series of instructional design workshops and eLearning templates. This enabled FBD to build interal staff eLearning to a high standard.

The Challenge
FBD was developing eLearning courses for their staff training. Internally they had limited knowledge of how to design and build effective eLearning courses. They wanted to build up their internal capability, train their learning and development team and a number of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to write materials and increase the quality of their eLearning provision. They also wanted to have a cohesive visual design to all internal eLearning.
The Solution
Instructional Design workshops
The Learning Rooms ran a series of four Instructional Design workshops with FBD L&D and SMEs. These workshops provided a practical approach to planning, designing and storyboarding effective eLearning courses.
Articulate Storyline Template
We designed a professional Articulate Storyline Template for FBD and provided an online course on building eLearning courses using The Learning Rooms template. At the end of the process FBD staff had built internal digital learning expertise. They created storyboards and eLearning courses with feedback and support from The Learning Rooms expert staff.
