The Challenge
The Screen Pass course had been delivered in person for a number of years. Screen Ireland/Fís Éireann required a way of delivering it online for learners based all over Ireland. Although the materials for Screen Pass already existed, updates were required to ensure the content was up-to-date.
The Solution
The Learning Rooms partnered with Screen Ireland/Fís Éireann to develop four 30-minute eLearning modules that include detailed scenarios and provide an opportunity for learners to apply their learning. Topics include:
- Promoting a safety culture
- Duties and responsibilities of employers and employees
- Hazard identification and risk assessments
- Personal health and welfare
The Learning Rooms brought me painlessly through the process from start to finish. They provided excellent advice on the running order of the course and how to make sure the learner was constantly engaged and could relate to the course material. Due to the nature of the course we needed to turn this around very quickly and The Learning Rooms pulled out all the stops to deliver the course on schedule. I was so pleased with the finished product, which exceeded my expectations.
