The Challenge

Brown Thomas Arnotts was implementing a new POS system across all department store locations. This rollout required an effective training solution to ensure staff could confidently handle all types of customer transactions on the new system.

The Solution

The Learning Rooms worked with Brown Thomas Arnotts to create 22 eLearning guides covering the essential tasks staff need to perform on the POS system. These guides were developed in two formats: screen recordings and microlearning modules. Both were specifically designed to enable usability at the point of need in the store environment. The training materials cover a comprehensive range of operations including:
