eXACT is our own methodology for building eLearning. eXACT shapes every bespoke project we deliver. It stands for explore, architect, create and test.
- Explore. We work with your subject matter experts to define your learning outcomes, your audience.
- Architect. Our instructional designers build a full storyboard covering every screen, interaction and assessment point. You sign this off before development starts.
- Create. Our eLearning developers and multimedia team build the course in Articulate Storyline, adding visual design, interactivity, video, animation and voiceover as needed.
- Test. We test the finished course, including genuine screen reader testing, before it goes live.

Can you build bespoke eLearning for our existing LMS?
Yes. We build courses to SCORM and xAPI standards, so they’ll work with most learning management systems, and we can advise on compatibility if you’re unsure.
Is bespoke eLearning accessible?
Yes. Every bespoke course is built and tested with accessibility in mind, including compatibility with assistive technologies and genuine screen reader testing before launch, not just automated checks.
What tools do you use to build bespoke eLearning?
We build using Articulate Storyline 360, along with a full range of multimedia development tools. We use Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond and other tools for video production, animation, audio and graphics.
Do you write the content, or do we need to provide it?
Either works. Some clients provide full content and subject matter expertise, and we handle the instructional design and build. Others prefer we lead on content creation too, working from source material and interviews with your subject matter experts.
How is bespoke eLearning different from rapid eLearning?
Bespoke eLearning is built entirely around your content and your learners, with custom visual design, interactions and media created specifically for your project. Rapid eLearning uses Rise blocks for a faster build process, which suits projects with tighter budgets or timelines where full customisation isn’t needed.
