Description

Being an Active Bystander at Work online course looks at how staff can make a difference and help prevent or stop inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. It empowers staff to intervene, get involved and help prevent a situation from escalating or causing more suffering for the person experiencing it, when safe to do so. After the course, staff should feel more confident in being an active bystander.
