Approach to tutor-led training
We design and deliver sophisticated, highly practical programmes that combine theory, peer learning, networking and action learning principles. For training to be successful, it needs to be relevant, practical and easily applicable. At The Learning Rooms, we tailor our content to ensure that course content meets the required learning outcomes.

Management training
Strong management skills are vital to managers responsible for leading teams and managing employees. Integral to the role of a manager is the need to build successful working relationships based on solid communication skills. Today’s professional manager is multi-skilled and equipped to delegate effectively; think strategically and plan accordingly; be goal-oriented and find solutions to problems. This may seem overwhelming. The good news is that these skills can be learned, developed and practiced. Our management courses will help you to hone these highly desirable and valuable skills.
Soft skills training
Skills acquisition is at the heart of our all our training. Staff often have the technical qualifications or hard skills to carry out the tasks associated with their role. Workplaces also need their staff to have a range of interpersonal, soft skills and social skills. These can include communication skills, team working skills and problem-solving skills. Soft skills allow an organisation to achieve success and create an impact through a happy and productive workforce.

Training delivery
Our Management & Soft Skills training is a tutor-led experience for learners. Training is delivered face-to-face onsite or live online via Zoom or another communications platform. As a training style, tutor-led delivery is hugely successful in keeping learners engaged and focused on the training. It can strengthen workplace relations by allowing learners to work and practice together. Our facilitators are experienced, energetic and skilled to adapt delivery to suit the learner group.
