Our high-quality and innovative training, education and eLearning interventions are aimed at building the competence and confidence of managers and staff at all levels of an organisation.
Practical, effective face-to-face and blended learning solutions, ready-to-go or customised to suit your organisation’s requirements.
We design and deliver sophisticated, yet highly practical programmes that combine theory, peer learning and action learning principles that meet the needs of client organisations. The result is practically-oriented courses where participants can share their experiences while developing new and practical skills.
We work collaboratively to ensure that our programmes are tailored specifically to your particular organisation and environment. This ensures that the learning experience is both relevant to the individual and their workplace making each programme highly effective in implementing learning transfer on return to the workplace.
Our training is an investment in your staff which makes them feel valued while embedding effective work practices across your organisation.
By adopting a blended learning approach, we can engage your learners using a mix of delivery methodologies. Increase access to global and organisation-wide resources, enable self-paced learning, track learner progress and reduce the time away from the workplace.
The Learning Rooms have enjoyed a productive relationship with the Health Management Institute of Ireland (HMI) since 2005. In an ever changing environment we have worked collaboratively with the HMI, to develop and deliver a broad range of training solutions to the HMI and their clients. These training solutions are designed to meet the ongoing challenges of clinical and non-clinical managers across the health service in Ireland.
In February 2022, the QQI Programme Awards and Executive Committee (PAEC) approved our core and blended learning Quality Assurance policies and procedures including our governance structures and procedures.
Having originally agreed our Quality Assurance (QA) with the Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) in 2008, we entered a reengagement process with QQI as a legacy provider in mid 2021 to seek approval for our revised QA policies and procedures.
As a state agency, QQI has responsibility for promoting quality and accountability of education in Ireland. All providers of education and training programmes leading to a QQI award, must have their Quality Assured Policies and Procedures in place and agreed with QQI.
We take great pride in the quality of all or training courses, face-to-face, blended, online. Having our QA approved by QQI, will act as a reassurance to our clients and learners who engage with us – from first point of contact to successful course completion. This applies equally to clients and learners of non-QQI courses, as we adhere to the same commitment in delivering high quality learning for all of our clients and learners.
You can download a copy of our Q/A manual which outlines our polices and procedures (including our governance structures), in relation to all aspects of our provision of training courses leading to QQI qualifications.
We work with an extensive network of specialist trainers and third party consultants. Our management and training consultants are highly qualified experts in management development and experienced in working within a wide range of businesses and industries in both the public and private sectors.
