  • Mettleflo, formed in 2022 as a spinout of City St. George’s University of London, specialises in evidence-based wellbeing and resilience training. Their mission is to help individuals optimise their wellbeing, build resilience, and pursue meaningful life goals through practical, research-informed programmes.
  • The Learning Rooms is a leading digital learning services company that designs, builds and delivers interactive, multimedia-rich online learning experiences. They help organisations develop eLearning, blended learning and tutor-led training solutions that engage learners and deliver results.

Introducing Our First Joint Offering: Building Resilience

The first product of this powerful partnership is the Building Resilience eLearning course. An accessible, evidence-based programme designed to improve mental and physical wellbeing, boost motivation and increase life satisfaction.

Expert-Led Content

The Building Resilience course brings together decades of clinical and academic expertise:

  • Dr James Erskine, Senior Lecturer at City St. George’s University of London, brings his extensive experience as both a researcher and clinician. James has two doctorates – one research-based in psychology and another in counselling psychology. Dr Erskine’s research focuses on coping strategies, health and resilience at both individual and organisational levels.
  • Dr Linda Perkins-Porras, Senior Lecturer in behavioural medicine and psychology at City St. George’s University of London, contributes her expertise in stress, wellbeing and resilience. With a doctorate in psychology and a PG Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dr Perkins-Porras has substantial experience leading pastoral support programmes for thousands of students.
