About this resilience workshop
Challenges in the workplace cannot be avoided, but we can build up our resilience to them. Organisations, managers and individuals can learn to identify, manage and “bounce back” from these challenges more effectively. Resilience is now recognised as an important factor in the modern day workplace.
Our experienced facilitator will explore techniques and skills that contribute to building resilience, including a number of self assessment exercises. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to discuss real workplace scenarios and share experiences with other participants.
Developing Resilience in People and Teams is designed to meet the needs of managers in all workplace environments. It is aimed at those managers who wish to review and build upon their own resilience as well as that of their team members.
You will learn how to be effective in a high-pressure, fast-paced and continuously changing environment. You will learn essential management skills such as managing conflict and difficult situations, behaving assertively and understanding why people display certain behaviour, and explore some stress management techniques.
Resilience is a skill that can be learned, practised and strengthened over time.
